Introduction
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as TCU) is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions governing the provision of the website and services by Reportigo and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by the User. These TCU are available on the website at the bottom of the screen under the heading Terms and Conditions of Use.
Any registration or use of Reportigo implies the User's unreserved and unrestricted acceptance of these TCU. When registering on Reportigo via the Registration Form, each User expressly accepts these TCU by ticking the box preceding the following text: "I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of Use and accept them"
In the event of non-acceptance of the TCU stipulated in this contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered by Reportigo.
Reportigo reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these TCU at any time.
Purpose
These TCU govern access to and use of the Reportigo website. Their purpose is to define the terms and conditions under which the User may access the services offered by the website.

Access to the site
Reportigo provides Users with access to the following services: a tool for managing text elements that can be used to generate customized reports and emails.
Reportigo is accessible free of charge from anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at their expense.
Non-member Users do not have access to our services. To do so, they must register by completing the form. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, member Users undertake to provide truthful and accurate information concerning their civil status and contact details, in particular their first name, surname, and email address.
To access the services, the User must then log in using their email address and password, which will be defined during registration.
Any regularly registered Member User may also request to unsubscribe by going to the dedicated page in their personal space. This will take effect within a reasonable period of time.
Reportigo cannot be held liable for any event due to force majeure resulting in the malfunctioning of the website or server, subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance. In such cases, the User agrees not to hold Reportigo liable for any interruption or suspension of service, even without prior notice.
